Super Easy!!!!!!Glowing under black light cupcakes: Glaze
Stuff you will need:
10oz clear piping gel
4Tbs Tonic water with guinine
1tsp unflavored gelatin
1/4tsp clear vanilla
Neon colored edible glitter
Step 1: In a safe microwave safe bowl heat up the piping gel in microwave for 30 seconds take out and stir then heat again for 15 seconds. Should have a runny consistency.
Step 2: In a small separate bowl mix together the tonic water and gelatin and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Step 3: Now mix together the gelatin mixture and piping gel. This is what is looks like in the bowl under the black light:
Now all you have to do is coat your cupcakes with the mixture and sprinkle with edible glitter.
Coating your cupcakes:
There are a few ways you can do this.
One: you can freeze your icing coated cupcakes. Once frozen dip them in the above mixture. I read about this method on another blog. Here is a picture of what your cupcake will look like using this method:
Two: You can use a crusting butter cream for your cupcakes and lightly brush on the above mixture coating the tops of your cupcakes.
Three: You can just drizzle the above mixture on cupcakes. This is the method I used because I didn't want to freeze my cupcakes. Here is what your cupcake will look like using this method:
