New Years Masquerade Topsy Turvy Cake
New Years Masquerade 2 tier Topsy Turvy Cake. This is a yellow cake with a strawberry ganache filling. All mask are made from gum-paste and gems are pulled sugar(isomalt). Everything is edible except feathers.
